My path

Welcome to my world, where my passion for leadership, coaching, and art converge. I have a diverse background in environmental technology and chemistry, energy, management, call centers, and coaching.

I have dedicated my life to leading international teams and forming coaching partnerships that help people unlock their full potential.

My journey has taken me through prestigious universities in Estonia and Germany, into leadership roles at global companies, and more recently, into the creation of transformative coaching and therapeutic art.

I have 20 years of leadership experience, including as a top executive at a German company subsidiary with a turnover of €130 million and over 300 employees.

My coaching blends deep leadership experience with therapeutic and goal-oriented coaching. I am deeply inspired when people are able to flourish, whether in art, business, or personal growth. My aim is to offer transformative and healing experiences that empower individuals to reach their highest potential. Since 2018, I have coached many individuals, helping them achieve their dream lives—whether that means self-love, fulfilling partnerships, strong health, or professional success.

Executive Leadership for 20 years

CEO, Danpower Eesti AS (2011-2017): Led the expansion of Danpower GmbH into Estonia, including the acquisition and integration of Võru Soojus.

Danpower, a mid-sized heat production and contracting company in Germany, is a subsidiary of Enercity, one of the top ten utility companies in Germany with €2.8 billion in revenue and 2,700 employees. Danpower itself has a turnover of €130 million and employs over 300 people, with operations spread across the entire country.

I led the expansion of Danpower GmbH into the Baltics, opening a branch in Tallinn and integrating Võru Soojus into the company. I oversaw the merger process and a multi-million euro due diligence project, eventually taking on the role of CEO at Danpower Eesti AS. Additionally, I initiated and established a German-speaking call center in Võru to serve Enercity in Hannover, creating 25 jobs. This center has been successfully operating for over 10 years.

Project Manager, Dalkia GmbH, Germany (2007-2010): Managed development projects across Germany.

I worked in Germany with the energy conglomerate Dalkia GmbH, where I held roles as both a Quality Manager and Project Manager across the entire country. This experience honed my skills in team leadership and achieving strategic goals.

Quality Manager, Dalkia GmbH and Elcoteq NPI Centre (2004-2006): Specialized in quality management and environmental engineering.

Throughout my career, I have predominantly held leadership positions, starting as a Quality Manager at Elcoteq AS at the age of 23 and eventually becoming the CEO of Danpower Eesti AS, overseeing a team of around 60 employees.
